the breakfast is good with much options. staff are friendly, particularly muskan, alam, aji, sheila and chef naveed. the hotel gave me a free upgrade for my room. i like the pool view from my superior room balcony.
the mexican restaurant's food was not the best. i ordered fish, yet i got chicken instead.

The staff was helpful and friendly. i especially want to mention jaspeet, alam, ajith, kaung, and sheila at flavors. they created a nice experience for my family. my kids enjoyed the water park and the children's play area. The facility was well maintained.

I found the team to be very nice. i appreciated the fast and good quality room service. the hotel is in a good location. Al ain mall is only a short drive away.
the check-in process was slow. it took over 45 minutes because only two staff members were working. the bathroom in the studio felt too small.

the air conditioning was excessively loud. moreover, the hotel seemed to maintain an uncomfortably cold temperature. THEY was to overdo the air conditioning, which detracted from my comfort considerably.
